Saish Metaflow’s range of forging lubricants are specially designed to meet the growing challenges of the forging industry. They ensure cleaner forged components with improved surface finish and minimum thermal fatigue. They provide excellent metal movement reducing internal stress and eliminate graphite buildup in the dies.
Our forging lubricants provide excellent release even at high dilution and produce no smoke and show no graphite settling.

Water based graphite forging lubricant for hot and warm forging of complex parts.
HYPRESS 1137
High performance forging lubricant for complex parts. It provides excellent wetting even in extreme conditions to give defect free components.
Oil-based Forging Lubricants
HYPRESS 44S
Oil based graphite forging lubricant for hot and warm forging, specially designed for providing excellent release of the component forged on low to medium tonnage forging machines.
HIECOAT 55M
High performance, oil based graphite forging lubricant for hot forging. It is specially designed for providing excellent release of the forged component with a high die life. It performs well even on high tonnage forging machines.
HIECOAT 55T
General purpose oil based graphite forging lubricant for simple parts. It provides good release and wetting properties with no scaling under a wide forging load.
Synthetic Forging Lubricants
HYPRESS 5510
Graphite free forging lubricant for hot and warm forging on machines of upto 600 tons. Provides excellent release and wetting properties at temperatures of upto 600 deg C.
