Water-based Die Casting Lubricants
SPRAYPLUS 9902
Water based die release lubricant for complex aluminium die casted components. It has good adhesion properties with efficient release, leaving no solder marks. It is ideal for medium to large automotive and electrical castings.
HIECOAT DL
High performance water based die release lubricant for smooth, effecient release of medium to complex components while at the same time giving it a superior glossy finish.
HIECOAT 300
High dilution die release agent. Provides excellent adhesion and release property with no wax build up.
HIECOAT S109
Water based die release lubricant for simple aluminium die casted components. It has good adhesion, release and anti solder properties.
SAFECOAT MDX
Water based die release lubricant for large, complex aluminium die casted components. It contains silicone and molybdenum disulphide for quick, solder free operation. It is ideal for big castings like transmission and engine block components.

Plunger Lubricants (Graphite based)
HIECOAT 55HT
Graphite based oil lubricant with paste like consistency for lubrication of both the die and the machine plunger of die casting machines. It provides excellent lubricating properties even in the most demanding conditions.
HIECOAT 55PR
Low viscosity, graphite based oil lubricant for lubrication of both the die and the machine plunger of die casting machines.
HIECOAT 55T
Medium viscosity, graphite based oil lubricant for lubrication of both the die and the machine plunger of die casting machines. It is specially designed for medium to heavy duty applications.
Anti-Soldering Pastes
ANTISOAL COMPOUND
Anti soldering paste used for the removal and prevention of solder and scale formation during the die casting of aluminium. It enables sharp and smooth finish while preventing solder formation and does not run-off even at high temperatures thereby reducing its consumption.
ANTISOAL AF COMPOUND
Anti soldering paste with low acid content used for the removal and prevention of solder and scale formation during the die casting of aluminium. It is specially designed for small and medium sized automobile and electrical castings.
ANTISOAL GF COMPOUND
Graphite free and acid free anti soldering paste used for the prevention of solder formation during the die casting of aluminium. It possesses excellent release property while preventing solder formation and does not run-off at high temperatures thereby reducing its consumption.
Special Purpose Ancillary Products
HIECOAT 666
Aluminium based die lubricant specifically designed to give castings an excellent glossy finish with no marks even on high tonnage machines.
HIECOAT 11M
Lubricant specially designed for lubricating ejector pins and other moving parts of the mould. It is also used to lubricate deep draw areas of the mould where good adhesion of the lubricant is needed.
LADDLECOAT
Long life coating product for transfer ladles and pouring cups that helps to maintain the temperature of the melt while avoiding sticking of aluminium and corrosion of the ladles or cups.
